Mario Hezonja accepts a one-year contract with New York Knicks

The Free Attacker Mario Hezonja at The Knicks hopes that 23-year-old Hezonja will fill the potential to become the player of choice, making him the fifth overall pick. The Magic has agreed to take Aaron Gordon back to an $ 84 million four-year contract, sources told The Undefeated of ESPN.

The Knicks defeated several teams – including Portland, Sacramento and Memphis — because of Hezonja's belief in coach David Fizdale and the confidence that he can win a significant role on the court for New York. He had five coaches in four seasons with Orlando

Orlando declined his fourth-year option on Hezonja, making him an unrestricted free agent this summer.

Hezonja, a 6-foot-8 striker from Croatia, played well during sections of the 2018-19 season, averaging 9.7 points, 3.7 rebounds and 1.4 badists in 22 minutes per game . In 75 games, he made 30 starts and shot 44% on the field.
