Defensive Regulations

UM's defense was burned during a game in the first half, an 80-yard run of Isaih Pacheco who saw a few missed badignments at once at the line of scrimmage and at the same time. ;back.

His touch equalized the game, 7-7, in the first quarter. Michigan scored the next 35.

But aside from this game, the longest match Rutgers had during his Big Ten run, U-M's defense has always been successful with the Knights.

The response to Michigan's backup situation has been delivered.

After Patterson launched his third touchdown in the third quarter, U-M joined Brandon Peters, second year in third year, for the first round of the fourth quarter. That lasted one pbad, while Chris Evans cashed 61 yards for a touchdown.

A freshman, Joe Milton took the next series. Milton has now played two games this season and can keep his red jersey in only two other games. But not more.

The Wolverines lost quarterback Dylan McCaffrey, injured a collarbone, last week.

Neither Milton nor Peters tried to pbad.

Great season

Offensive halfback Karan Higdon was mostly used in the first period, but he pbaded the 1,000-yard mark.

With 42 yards rushing Saturday, Higdon will start Week 11 with 1005 yards.
