In this interview, the members discussed their upcoming third mini album, the title track ‘Not shy‘as well as some interesting episodes that occurred during the filming of his MV.
When asked what kind of song “Not Shy” was, the members of ITZY unanimously responded that it was a cool and charming song that shows a different kind of charisma from previous ITZY songs. Whose Yeji added, “As the headline says, “Don’t Be Shy, Be Confident” is the message we want to get across. With ITZY’s first love song, we’re working hard to show another side of us. In addition to the title song, the members also shared their favorite song on the album. To what Yeji, Lia, Ryujin and Yuna collectively replied “ Be In Love ”, while Chaeryeong replied “Surf”. The members also teased that “Be In Love” is a song that expresses ITZY’s vocals in its truest form. Lia also said that she thinks their fans will like this song.
After filming in the wilderness, the members also shared some of the episodes they encountered while filming. Lia shared, “I must act when I am driving in the desert with the windows down. But since the car is moving fast, a lot of dust entered the car through the window. I remember we all had to act like it was nothing.“
Chaeryeong also revealed that she was previously unaware that there was such a wilderness in Korea and that during the day of the MV filming, she slept on the path, only to be surprised by what she saw when she saw it. arrived at the scene.
