Most of the details of the vendetta boxing match between Jake Paul and Tyron Woodley have been finalized.

Paul vs Woodley will take place at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland, OH on Sunday, August 22 at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT via Showtime pay-per-view (PPV), Showtime announced in a press release. The place is home to the Cleveland Cavaliers and Cleveland is Paul’s hometown.

The professional boxing match between YouTuber Paul (3-0, boxing) and former UFC welterweight champion Woodley (19-7-1, MMA) will be contested at 190 pounds. Woodley competed at 170 pounds throughout his professional mixed martial arts career. Also on the card is a fight between unified featherweight world champion Amanda Serrano and Yamileth Mercado.

“I grew up going to Cavs, Browns and Indians games on weekends, dreaming as a little kid that I would one day be able to put on a show for my hometown like they did,” Paul said. “On August 29, this dream becomes reality. My biggest challenge yet, facing the city that made me, in pay per view for the world seeing me knock out a UFC champion. I’m also delighted to have Amanda Serrano on this card. She is establishing herself as the most prolific knockout artist in women’s boxing. What a night it’s gonna be!

“I am a grown man,” said Woodley. “I don’t play games with children. They let me in to take out the trash. You’re welcome!”

Paul and Woodley have been at odds since the start of Paul’s professional boxing match against Woodley’s dear friend “Funky” Ben Askren. Paul gave Askren a first round knockout.

Tickets for the live event will be available for purchase on Thursday, July 22 at RocketMortgageFieldHouse.com.

Woodley ended his UFC career after four straight losses – to Vicente Luque, Colby Covington, Gilbert Burns and Kamaru Usman – dating back to March 2, 2019. His winning record includes UFC Welterweight title fights against Darren Till, Demian Maia, Stephen Thompson and Robbie Lawler. “T-Wood” also beat Kelvin Gastelum, Carlos Condit, Josh Koscheck and Paul Daley.
