The Tampa Bay Buccaneers took on Florida State QB Jameis Winston with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2015 NFL Draft.
Since then, they have had a winning season, three seasons, 5-11 years back-to-back, and have not played in a playoff game.
Winston, who had a brutal game in their Week 1 loss to the San Francisco 49ers, as his three interceptions were big in the 31-17 loss at home.
Winston's struggles were summed up with a very close look at the FOX crew (the game is on the NFL Network's goal in the game) shown in Thursday night's game between the Bucs and Panthers.
