After Hulu danced around him to answer whether or not Marvel's Runways would return for a third season, actor James Marsters has just revealed the news that the series of comics had been renewed.

Marsters announced the news at Lexington Comic & Toy Con this weekend. Marsters, who plays Victor Stein and Jonah in the series, whispered at the microphone that "the showrunner just told the cast that we are in a third season!"

He then lamented, "I've probably violated all kinds of Marvel rules."

He probably did it. Shortly after a video of his remarks was published on the Internet, Hulu confirmed that Marvel's Runaways has been renewed for a third season of 10 episodes. (Get all the details here.)

At the TCA in February, the head of digital platform content, Craig Erwich, hailed the performance of the comic adaptation after launching his second season on December 21, 2018.

"We are very pleased with Runaways' performances, both creatively and in terms of performance, and we will have an announcement soon," said Erwich.

The second season of the series produced by Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage saw the Runaways leave their homes and their bad parents to learn to live on their own. He showed them that they were looking for food and were looking for shelter.

The show features Rhenzy Feliz, Lyrica Okano, Virginia Gardner, Ariela Barer, Gregg Sulkin, Allegra Acosta, Annie Wersching, Ryan Sands, Angel Parker, Ever Carradine, James Marsters, Kevin Weisman, Brigid Brannagh, James Yaegashi, Brittany, Ishibashi and Julian McMahon.
