Just when we thought things with the Spears family couldn’t get more involved, the Jamie Lynn and Britney Spears drama heats up. It all started when Britney finally took to her Instagram account over the weekend about some of the things that had upset her, including the remix of Jamie Lynn Spears’ performance of Britney’s hit songs at the 2017 Radio Disney Music Awards. (” I don’t like my sister showing up to an awards show and performing MY SONGS on remixes !!!!! ”she wrote on Sunday.) A day earlier she posted another post which many fans said was in part directed to her sister, writing: “There is nothing worse than when the people closest to you who have never shown up for you post things regarding your situation whatever it is and speak righteously for support… there is nothing worse than this !!!! ” And while Jamie Lynn has yet to comment explicitly and directly on Britney’s posts, we wonder if her latest Instagram caption is for her older sister. Jamie Lynn posted a series of photos on Instagram in a stunning matching red suit with red pointy heels, but it was her caption that really caught our attention. He was simply reading, “May the peace of the Lord be with you and your spirit✌🏻❤️. ” I don’t know about you, but it sounds like a passive way of sending a message to Britney. It’s also very revealing that Jamie Lynn turned off comments for the post, making us think she felt people might relate her legend to the star. Jamie Lynn also posted similar sentiments in her Instagram Stories on Saturday, writing that she “feels strong, steady and still on this beautiful Saturday” and “God is all around”.
Britney fans have criticized Jamie Lynn, and it’s becoming pretty clear that, despite Britney recently sending toys to Jamie Lynn’s little ones, Britney herself is also frustrated with her sister.
