Jamie Lynn Spears takes the time to reflect.
the Zoey 101 The 30-year-old star posed for mirror selfies on Sunday after being publicly questioned by her sister Britney Spears on Instagram on Saturday.
Instead of reacting directly to the “Stronger” singer’s public message, Jamie Lynn preached peace in her first post following criticism from her sister.

“The peace of the Lord be with you and your spirit,” Jamie Lynn wrote on Instagram alongside a few photos of her in a revealing red ensemble.
In her post, Britney said her guardianship “killed” her dreams while specifically calling her sister. “I don’t like my sister showing up at an awards ceremony and performing MY SONGS on remixes !!!!! My so called support system has hurt me deeply !!!!”, explained Britney.
However, it should be noted the Sweet Magnolias the actress ended up clicking “like” on her older sister’s post.
Pop star “Lucky” shared similar sentiments in a separate post on Friday, which read, “Never forget who ignored you when you needed it and who helped you before you even had to ask.”

“There is nothing worse than when the people closest to you who have never come forward for you post about your situation whatever it is and speak righteously for support … nothing worse than that !!!! ” she said in the caption.
Britney continued, “How dare the people you love most to say anything… have they even reached out to even lift me up on TIME !!! ??? How dare you go public that NOW YOU SUPPORT… did you reach out your hand when I was drowning ???? “

Last month Jamie Lynn appeared to offer her support to her sister saying, “I don’t care if she wants to run away to a rainforest and have millions of babies in the middle of nowhere … I don’t. have nothing to gain or lose anyway. “

The continuing family drama comes just days after Britney told Judge Brenda Penny that she wanted to bring formal charges against her father Jamie Spears, the co-curator of her estate, for what she called ” conservation abuse “Wednesday.
Jamie, 69, and his lawyers have yet to respond to PEOPLE’s multiple requests for comment.
Earlier this month, a family source told PEOPLE that Britney’s mother Lynne Spears was on her eldest daughter’s side despite “a lot of concerns.”

“She feels like Jamie hasn’t been transparent with her and is helping Britney as much as she can,” the source said.
Lynne, 66, has been divorced from Jamie since 2002.
