09.20: PT – Miley has just released a picture of a rainbow with a tribute to Janice.

"The voice" singer Janice Freeman — one of Miley Cyrus"Favorites on the show – died Saturday, of an apparent blood clot … TMZ has learned.

Janice's family tells us that she was at home in Pasadena with her husband Dion when she started complaining about not being able to breathe. Dion called 911 and had to perform CPR on it until the paramedics arrived. His death was pronounced around 17:30 in a hospital.

We are told that it seems like a blood clot has traveled in his heart. Janice was suffering from serious health problems: she had battled lupus, cervical cancer – which she had beaten – and meningitis.

The singer entered season 13 of "The Voice" in 2017. Janice was part of "Team Miley" and reached the top 11.

She and Miley stayed in touch after the show. In 2018, Janice sent a very emotional thank you to Miley for helping her financially as she and her family were looking for a home.

Janice is survived by her husband and daughter. She was 33 years old.
