TOKYO, Aug.26 (Reuters) – Japan’s Health Ministry has announced that it has decided to withdraw certain doses of Moderna Inc (MRNA.O) vaccine as a precautionary measure after material was found in vials at a site of ‘inoculation, adding that no security incidents had been reported. with the doses.
