Japanese Charts: Zelda: Skyward Sword HD Marks Another Number One First

Famitsu’s Japanese chart numbers are now available for the week ending July 18, revealing The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD has gone straight to number one.

In its first week, the game moved around 159,089 retail copies, beating out this week’s other hit newcomer, Shin-chan pencil, in the first place. Skyward Sword HD also managed to claim the top spot in the UK retail ranking earlier this week.

As is pretty common these days, the entire top ten is made up of Switch games this week, including a few of Nintendo’s own versions.
