Jason Mesnick and wife Molly celebrate 11 years of marriage … more than a decade after THAT savage bachelor change

He was vilified after throwing his last pink pick on TV, for asking for a second chance with his finalist.

But more than a decade later, veterinarian Jason Mesnick and his wife Molly are still going strong.

The couple recently celebrated 11 years of marriage and Molly, 37, gushed about her other half, 44, in a sweet Instagram tribute marking the milestone event on Saturday.

“Well done to 11, my love!” Molly Mesnick celebrated her 11th birthday on Saturday with husband Jason Mesnick on Instagram

“11 YEARS OLD,” Molly began in the caption. “I don’t know how you do @jasonmesnick … I’m severely Type A, my mood changes like the wind, and I’m tighter than an {insert everything tight}.

“ Basically I’m a huge pain in my ass and you’ve put up with me every day for 11 straight years. You are a saint.

“I count my lucky stars every day, knowing that you are mine.” There isn’t even enough space or time to describe all the wonderful things about you! You are perfect (… almost perfect, you just need to learn how to load the dishwasher better).

“Well done to 11, my love!”

The photo the reality TV star posted was of the couple standing on a baseball diamond, holding hands as Molly rests her head on her shoulder.

Jason sparked controversy when he asked Molly for a second chance on The Bachelor in 2010.

The reality TV star initially asked for Melissa Rycroft’s hand in marriage, but as their relationship progressed off-camera, Jason changed his mind.

Jason then ended the relationship with Melissa on camera and asked Molly for a second photo soon after.

Reflecting on the controversial change, Molly said she was able to move on from the initial dumping once things got started with Jason.

“I understand that maybe it could have been a bit confusing. So it wasn’t something that carried me all the time, it was like “Oh my God, why did he choose her and not me?” The minute we started dating again, I put that in the past and we moved on, ” she said on The Bachelor: The Greatest Seasons – Ever!

“That’s not what she tells me when the cameras are off, not at all!” Jason added.

Jason and Molly married in 2010 and share their seven-year-old daughter Riley Anne Mesnick, in addition to Jason’s son from his first marriage, Tyler.
