Jeff Hardy was arrested for public intoxication in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, for being apparently intoxicated in public.
According to TMZ, Hardy was arrested and booked early this morning for public intoxication and mental retardation in Myrtle Beach, but it remains unclear what led to his arrest. TMZ states that Hardy was released at one point today on a bond of less than $ 200.
Hardy was injured in the knee and underwent surgery in May. He stated that he was considering a payback period of 6-9 months. Hardy was also arrested in North Carolina last year for DWI after being involved in a car accident. He also reportedly achieved a blood alcohol level of 0.25. You can see Hardy's photo below:
