A car crash involving Kansas City Chiefs assistant coach Britt Reid – the son of head coach Andy Reid – has left a young girl seriously injured. The campaign’s stated goal is to raise $ 100,000. As of Monday afternoon, more than 9,000 donors had donated $ 359,000 to the campaign. Among them is Detroit Lions cornerback Jeff Okudah. The first-round rookie was among the campaign’s top donors with a contribution of $ 1,000.
Okudah was the No.3 pick in the 2020 Ohio State Draft. He played nine games as a rookie before an abdominal muscle injury cut his season. He has not publicly addressed his donation and does not appear to have any connection to Ariel’s family or the Kansas City area. Reid, who has a history of drug addiction, maintains his innocence of any crime. He is still under investigation as authorities await the results of a toxicology report.
