Jelly Belly's Bean Candy Builder launches a new line of candy containing cannabidiol marijuana extract (CBD), to the delight of consumers of marijuana-based products.
David Klein founded the famous name Jelly Belly and created a new company called Spectrum Confections, which adds CBD oil to 38 flavors including grilled marshmallow, pina colada, strawberry cheesecake and of mango. They quickly sold.
"Grilled marshmallow, pina colada, strawberry cheese cake. . . which is one of my favorites, "Klein told Cannabis Aficionado. "Our mango tastes more like mango than mango."
He added that the company was considering adding real fruit juice to the beans to make them as healthy as possible. They will come in three varieties: original, without sugar and acid.

Klein said he recently became aware of the health benefits attributed to the CBD. "And I thought to myself:" Does anyone make a candy with CBD? "I did not find any."
He told Cannabis Aficionado that the candies would not include THC, the main active ingredient in cannabis, as the company is currently focusing on the creation of CBD-based varieties.

He also claimed that the small size of each candy would give customers great flexibility as to the amount of food that they eat. Jelly beans have been a staple in American culture over the years, with former President Ronald Reagan a big fan.
In 1980, Klein sold the rights of the name Jelly Belly to Herman Goelitz Candy Co, which changed its name to Jelly Belly Candy Company in 2001.
