10:49 PT – Jenelle just had a moment of emotion with Ensley, 2, hugging her daughter in the parking lot before Ensley left with Jenelle's mother, Barbara.

10:13 am Pacific time– Jenelle and David just left the court – without any of their children – we were told that they were just there to inform the judge of the state of progress of their course progress parental education and couple counseling.

Jenelle Evans and David Eason are back in court desperately trying to regain custody of their children … and at least one of theTeen momThe children of the star were present.

Jenelle and David appeared Tuesday in North Carolina court in the case of child protection services … but they had nothing to say to our camera. As you know, the troubled couple goes to court almost every week since David slaughtered the family dog.

Shortly after the arrival of David and David, his ex, Nathan Griffith, arrived with their 4 year old son, Kaiser. It is unclear whether any of Jenelle's other children – including Jace, aged 9, and Ensley, aged 2 – went to court.

As we had announced for the first time … Jenelle and David registered in couples therapy in an attempt to recover their children. David will also undergo a psychological assessment to determine what is at the heart of his anger issues.

All children of Jenelle have been removed after a judge decided that there were serious problems with the couple that put children in danger.
