Jenelle Evans' son, 4-year-old Kasier Griffith, was pulled out of the house she shares with her husband, David Eason, after the father of three admitted to killing their dog earlier this month .

Evans, 27, alleges that the CPS ordered paternal grandmother Doris to take her, Doris, but that no legal document authorizing the removal of her son was signed by a judge. CPS did not respond to Page Six's request for comment.
Evans' representative had previously told us that Kaiser's biological father, Nathan Griffith, wanted his son's custody and was fighting Evans.
Evans' current husband is currently under investigation for animal cruelty, confirmed Page Six before. Reality Blog The Ashley said Monday that a detective working on the case, called CPS, could have helped Kaiser's removal from his home.
Ashley's story was briefly posted on Evans's Instagram profile, but the reality star withdrew it, claiming that "the article was not published by me" in a separate message , now deleted.
On Mother's Day, Evans shared a picture of Ensley and Kaiser with the caption "Inseparable". We do not know when or where the photo was taken.
Ensley, who is Evans' daughter with Eason, would still live in the couple's home while Evans and Eason seek marriage counseling.
Evan's eldest son from an earlier relationship, Jace, lives with his mother Barbara Evans, who has full custody of the 9-year-old girl now.
