Garner and Affleck separated in 2015 after a decade of marriage, and they finalized their divorce in 2018.
In addition to their son, they also share their daughters Violet, 14, and Seraphina, 11.
Seraphina joined her brother for outing with their famous father and girlfriend in Santa Monica on Saturday.
Affleck and de Armas had returned to Los Angeles to celebrate the holidays after filming covers for their erotic thriller Dark Water in New Orleans.
The couple fell in love with each other while directing the Adrian Lyne film in the fall of 2019.
