The 49-year-old actress was joined by two of the three children she shares with Affleck in their future home, which is just down the street where they currently live.

Since they were among all the dirt and sawdust, the Alias star kept it casual with black sweatpants and a gray t-shirt with “hug a farmer” written across the front. .
She also donned a pair of black sneakers and sported her long dark brown braids.
Seraphina was walking alongside her mom and little brother in a pair of charcoal gray leggings and a retro black Boston Bruins Bobby Orr t-shirt, which is likely a tribute to her dad Ben and his hockey team from his hometown.

Samuel and Seraphina also have a 15-year-old sister, Violet, who did not attend Friday’s construction update tour.
