Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez have broken up over their scandal with “Southern Charm” star Madison LeCroy.
A source exclusively tells Page Six that the couple ultimately decided to go their separate ways after the former Yankee was linked with the reality TV star.
In January, Twitter was inflamed with speculation after the special reunion for Bravo’s “Southern Charm” revealed burning allegations of infidelity involving “ex-MLB star” and escaping cast member Madison LeCroy.
Next, LeCroy revealed that she had been FaceTiming with Rodriguez, but insisted they hadn’t met in person.
“He never physically cheated on his fiancee with me,” LeCroy told Page Six in February, adding, “I don’t want anything bad for his family, nor for mine. We are definitely innocent in this area.
The source told Page Six, “The Madison LeCroy scandal was the reason they finally broke up. There were already problems, but Jennifer was really embarrassed.
Sources close to Rodriguez also claim that they have never met.
Meanwhile, LeCroy’s Bravo co-star Shep Rose told Us Weekly that there was “a signed NDA” between her and Rodriguez.
Lopez – who started dating Rodriguez in 2017 – also recently revealed that she and the 45-year-old saw a therapist during their quarantine.
“It was really, really good. We have to work on ourselves. We did therapy, ”she recently told Seduce.
And the 51-year-old star believes the advice helped them during the lockdown.
“I think it’s been really helpful for us in our relationship,” she said.
Representatives for Lopez and Rodriguez did not immediately comment.
