Jennifer Lopez did double duty, doing her cardio workout while she was looking for a new home in Los Angeles.
On Saturday, the Multichannel visited a new build in the midst of its home search with Ben Affleck. In the photos, the singer is seen climbing a ladder while exploring Bel Air’s house which is still under construction.
Lopez, 51, was also spotted with someone who appeared to be an architect and showed her the property.
For the outing, the actress donned black leggings, a white athletic cropped top and white sneakers as she took her time to walk around and discuss the plans for the structure.

Lopez and Affleck recently visited a grand estate with their children Max and Emme in the famous Holmby Hills section of Los Angeles. The property is priced at $ 65 million and includes eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms on some 31,000 square feet. It also includes a bowling alley.
A source previously said TMZ that although the two have been seen looking for a home together, they have no plans to move in together yet – and Affleck is only helping out.
Lopez and Affleck rekindled their relationship after the singer and her fiance, Alex Rodriguez, broke up in April.
“We realized that we are better as friends and look forward to staying that way,” the couple said in a statement at the time.

Affleck and Lopez had previously been engaged for about two years. The two separated in 2004, and Affleck married actress Jennifer Garner in 2005. The couple – who share three children together – divorced in 2018.
