Jennifer Lopez has kids with her and Ben for more house hunting

Ben affleck is a city man with Jennifer lopez playing co-pilot as they continue to search for the perfect home for her – and their last stop presented a much needed 3rd (and 4th) advice… from none other than her children.

Bennifer was house hunting again on Friday (on behalf of J Lo) … this time passing through what we were told to be an upscale Santa Monica neighborhood – not too far from where Ben is staying. currently in the Pacific Palisades. Just like a few days ago, Ben was in the driver’s seat… and Jen was planning things on his phone – navigating him through the busy streets of SM, we’re sure.

The big difference this time, however, was the fact that her two children accompanied the visit. 13 years We dont do and Max were in tow with their mom and what appeared to be bodyguards / dog handlers … who were also there for a visit to a place they ended up watching.

Check out the choices of the two kids running around the cradle – a house we are told was beautiful and all … but not as gargantuan or chic as the $ 65 million palace, among other things, they scanned Thursday in Holmby Hills. The price to pay is so high for a reason.

It’s not yet clear how much that potential new pillow they saw on Friday would cost – but we were told it looked “modest” compared to the cribs the couple had just seen the day before. Hey … just because she’s dirty and smelly doesn’t mean she can’t be smart with her money.

Anyway… something tells us that Emme and Max have offered a great insight that will likely weigh heavily on where J Lo ends up settling. As we told you, this place would be for Jen and the kids only (for now) … and it looks like her move west is pretty much guaranteed at this point, based on all the circumstantial evidence that we saw recently.
