Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez have decided to step down after a two-year engagement.
And while the former couple may be relieved that they didn’t have to deal with a divorce – since they never quite walked down the aisle – Miami Beach’s $ 32.5 million still has to be considered. that they bought together last summer.
The exes bought the house on August 19, as part of the limited liability company, Fleetwood Star Holdings, Florida Property Records Show.

Located on upscale Star Island, the waterfront home features 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.
Lopez, 51, and Rodriguez, 45, were due to tie the knot in early 2020, but the coronavirus pandemic put an end to those plans. Instead, they bought a quarantine mega-mansion.
Property records also reveal that Lopez and Rodriguez recently updated and renovated the property, which was built in 1993.
Outdoor highlights include a swimming pool with Jacuzzi, cabana tub, covered bar and private 100-foot-long wooden dock and access to the Atlantic Ocean.

The estate spans over 14,000 square feet and features an industrial-style chef’s kitchen, private dock, and panoramic sunset views with Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline.
Other property amenities include an elevator and a living room that opens onto the private formal dining room, a library and seating area, a wine room and a large room that opens onto the swimming pool.
The master suite on the second floor includes a living room, an office and two large terraces with views of the bay, as well as a bathroom with an expansive glass and onyx steam shower, a large walk-in closet and a personalized spa bath.
The drama surrounding Rodriguez’s alleged communication with “Southern Charm” star Madison LeCroy is what led to their breakup, Page Six reported.

The former Yankee was linked with the reality TV star in January.
Twitter went wild with speculation after the special reunion for Bravo’s “Southern Charm” exposed breathtaking allegations of infidelity involving an “ex-MLB star” and escaping cast member LeCroy.
Then LeCroy, 30, revealed she had been FaceTiming with Rodriguez, but insisted they hadn’t met in person.
“He never physically cheated on his fiancée with me,” LeCroy told Page Six in February.
Apparently, Lopez just couldn’t ignore the allegations and was “really embarrassed.”
