Jennifer Lopez celebrated the great twentieth anniversary of her second album on Saturday (January 23). And for the star, it wouldn’t have been fitting to mark the big day without acknowledging his fans, who helped J. Lo go four times platinum and surpass the Billboard 200 since its release on January 23, 2001.

“As I reflect on the fact that it’s # JLo20thAnniversary, I just wanted to thank you all for being with me, loving me and supporting me through all the ups and downs,” she wrote on social networks. “Thank you so much for all the love over the past 20 years !! Love you so much !!”

But J. Lo had more than a simple thank you to share. The singer also re-enacted scenes from her music video for “Love Don’t Cost a Thing”, the album’s first single. In one video posted on Instagram and Twitter, the star – with her hair styled in the same half-pony – rips off her accessories and throws them aside as she walks along a beach, and does the same with a long, creamy white coat similar to the one in the video .
