Jessica Chastain cuts a relaxed figure as she walks with a friend

Jessica Chastain wore a dramatic look inspired by 1970s glam at the premiere of her new movie The Eyes of Tammy Faye on Tuesday night.

But on Wednesday morning, the 44-year-old Golden Globe winner cut a more relaxed figure when she was spotted on a walk with a friend in New York City.

Jessica donned a navy v-neck t-shirt which she slipped into slightly faded high-waisted blue jeans.

Chastain’s iconic long auburn locks were styled in loose waves that fell over her shoulders.

The California native wore a pair of dark, oval-framed glasses on top of her head.

The Zero Dark Thirty actress carried a black leather bag that hung from a thick gold chain over her shoulder.

The Molly’s Game star showed off a dark red manicure as she held her coffee mug and chatted animatedly with her friend, who pushed a stroller.

Jessica appeared to wear little to no makeup as she walked the sidewalk in Manhattan.

Chastain took the tour to promote his new biopic, which premiered Tuesday.

Jessica walked the red carpet in a glitzy disco-era mirror dress and silver high heels with her hair teased into ’70s curls.

She was accompanied by her husband Gian Luca Passi de Preposulo, 39 years old. The actress and the fashion manager got married in 2017 in the family estate in Italy.

Jessica is starring in the upcoming HBO biopic with Andrew Garfield as Jim Bakker. The upcoming film is based on the 2000 documentary of the same name and tells the controversial story of the televangelist the rise, fall and redemption before his death from colon cancer in 2007.

Tammy Faye’s Eyes hits theaters on September 17.
