Jessica Simpson will tell Nick Lachey's wedding in a new memoir

Jessica Simpson is ready to tell everything in a memoir expected in 2020.

"I will publish my first book on February 4 with @harpercollinsus," said the pop star who became a press designer on Instagram on Wednesday. "I worked so hard on it – I opened my heart in a way that I had never seen before and now I'm looking forward to sharing it with the world."

The untitled book will showcase her life as a pop star, reality TV, fashion empire leader and mother.

"From her popular TV show" Newlyweds "to a very public divorce, starring on the big screen and topping the Billboard charts, finding a new love, raising a family and managing an empire successful commercial, her new book will be candid, inspiring, and behind the scenes, look how she chose to learn the lessons of every difficult moment, to evolve musically, to become a more fearless businesswoman and to make shattering all of her expectations as to what she was supposed to be, "the description said.

Simpson, 39, was married to Nick Lachey, singer of the 98 Degrees, from 2002 to 2006. Their love life was a hot topic among pop fans and their wedding was one of the first celebrity relationships to receive the reality TV treatment with their MTV broadcast. After their divorce, she married Eric Johnson, an NFL player, in 2012. The couple has three children. Maxwell, 7, Ace, 6 and Birdie Mae, a newborn.
