Jets President Neil Glat will step down as Team Chair and move to a new role as Senior Advisor, the organization said today.

Glat's move came after more than seven years with the team in which he oversaw all off-field activities. During Glat's tenure, the Jets made many professional and community achievements: designing and unveiling a new uniform, launching Jets 360 (an award-winning content platform at the Emmy Awards), implementing the Jets Rewards program and solutions. digital ticketing, enter into an innovative contract with MGM in the gaming sector, setting up innovative partnerships with Def Jam Recordings, Marvel and WWE, expanding the fan engagement calendar throughout the year with many new events and strengthening efforts to combat bullying in schools and elsewhere.
