CAROLINA PANTHERS (+3.5) on Saints
Jameis Winston destroyed the Packers’ defense but now faces a Carolina front led by Brian Burns and Haason Reddick who had six sacks against the Jets. Panthers offensive coordinator Joe Brady should be able to figure out how to turn Christian McCaffrey’s production into more points.
JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS (+6) on Denver Broncos
Denver covered the Giants with ease, but it’s not easy to do it two weeks in a row as road favorites, especially with the lead doubling. Looking for Trevor Lawrence to step up his home debut.
Minnesota Vikings (+3.5) vs. ARIZONA CARDINALS
Chandler Jones’ five sacks for 46 yards lost in the Cardinals’ 38-13 rout in Tennessee may have been Week 1’s best statistic. This result paired with the Vikings’ overtime loss to Cincinnati prompted the discrepancy. to jump away from Arizona -1 on the lead line. This creates a nice little pillow for Dalvin Cook and Justin Jefferson.
TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS (-12) vs. Atlanta Falcons
I hate giving so many points in an NFL game, but champions are resting more with stars everywhere you look. Atlanta’s pass rush shouldn’t pinpoint Tom Brady.
Dallas Cowboys (+3) vs. LOS ANGELES CHARGERS
This line has trended down even though the Cowboys lost OT La’el Collins to a drug suspension and DE DeMarcus Lawrence to a broken foot. Dak Prescott’s crew have even more rest after a near-crash Thursday night in Tampa.
Tennessee Titans (+6) vs. SEATTLE SEAHAWKS
Everything went wrong for the Titans in their first game, including giving one guy five sacks. Finding a new offensive coordinator, Todd Downing, will have a better plan for Ryan Tannehill, Derrick Henry & Co. and Tennessee will be much more competitive here.
Kansas City Chiefs (-3.5) vs. BALTIMORE RAVENS
Baltimore has lost two of the best running backs and has a short week after a long loss Monday night in Las Vegas. Don’t think the Ravens can get enough saves on Patrick Mahomes, who is 11-0 in September with 35 TDs and 0 interceptions.

Detroit Lions (+11.5) vs. GREEN BAY PACKERS
That line is almost as high as Aaron Rodgers ‘QBR (13.4) in the Packers’ 38-3 loss to the Saints. Remarkably, the deviation even increased from the anticipation line despite the blowout loss.
