Jim Belushi has filed for divorce.
The “According to Jim” star, 67, has officially separated from his wife Jennifer Sloan after more than 23 years of marriage. This is the second time in three years that the couple have separated.
Belushi filed documents with Los Angeles County Superior Court on Friday, according to TMZ.
In March 2018, Sloan filed his own divorce case citing time-worn “irreconcilable differences”, but the couple later reconciled. A year later, Belushi requested that the divorce petition be dismissed.
This is Belushi’s third marriage.
He was previously married to Sandra Davenport, with whom he shares an adult son, Robert James. He married Marjorie Bransfield for two years before marrying actress Jennifer Sloan in 1998. Together they share their daughter Jamison, 22, and son Jared, 19.
Belushi’s manager did not respond to comments.
