He celebrated his birthday in Colorado last week with a group of about 60 family members and friends – including a man who was working as a journalist covering the shooting of Oswald and a woman who was writing to Leavelle then that she was a college student to inquire about Kennedy's assassination. , reported the Dallas Morning News.
