Jimmy Kimmel shattered President Trump and his campaign’s attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential election result during his monologue on Tuesday.
The late-night host opened his show with a long segment about the president’s refusal to concede the race to Joe Biden, choosing instead to fight the tally in courts in various states.
“Are we sure Trump isn’t just stuck in a White House tub and too embarrassed to call for help?” the host laughed.
“The POTUS refuses to go,” he joked. “He still won’t concede to Joe Biden and obviously he has no plans to do so anytime soon. It’s very strange, we basically ignore the President of the United States as if he is a madman on the subway platform.

The Fox News ruling office called the race for Joe Biden on Saturday after the results in Pennsylvania put him above the 270 electoral vote threshold needed to secure Electoral College victory.
Meanwhile, the Trump campaign has taken legal action in key states where Biden leads, claiming cases of poorly counted votes and outright fraud. However, lawsuits in Georgia, Michigan and Nevada have been dismissed as the campaign continues to attempt to gather evidence to back up its claims.
Kimmel turned to the handful of prominent Republicans standing behind Trump’s election fraud allegations.

“Republicans manipulate the president with children’s gloves because those are the only gloves that suit him,” he joked. “But I have to say I’m less disgusted with our chief toddler throwing his oatmeal against the wall than I am with the Republican congressmen who go along with this.”
Kimmel specifically cited comments from Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and William Barr, who both appear to support Trump’s play.
“To be clear, there was no credible allegation of fraud that would affect the election outcome in any of the states, none,” Kimmel continued. “This is happening out of sheer spite.”

The host then turned to Vice President Mike Pence, who canceled a planned vacation in Florida this week.
