Jinder Mahal spoke to ITN Wrestling’s Vipin Raghuwanshi before returning to WWE Superstar show, which airs on the WWE Network this Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. ET.

After undergoing two knee surgeries Mahal has been out for a year and a half, it goes without saying that he is ready to return to the ring.

“I am very very excited [for WWE Superstar Spectacle]Mahal said. “And in fact, it’s the hashtag #TheReturnOfMaharaja. I have been away for almost a year and a half. I am very excited, fit and in shape to bring something special to Superstar show. Preparations for the return are going well. Exercise, diet, work in the ring, the knee feels good. “

At the next WWE show, Jinder Mahal and The Bollywood Boyz are set to face WWE Champion Drew McIntyre and Indus Sher. Mahal has said that although McIntyre is his friend, he has the title and Mahal wants it back.

“Drew McIntyre is a good friend of mine. He’s like a brother, ”McIntyre said. “But let’s not forget he has the WWE Championship with him. Friendship aside: championships are championships, legacy is legacy. He’s a two-time WWE Champion and I’d also like to be a two-time WWE Champion – three, four, five time WWE Champion. What happens in the ring, happens in the ring.
