Jets general manager Joe Douglas spoke to the media today at his end-of-season press conference.
Safety Marcus Maye is set to become a free agent this offseason. The chief executive said signing him again was a priority.

That comment aside, Douglas is as unengaged on most matters as you would expect a GM entering a critical offseason to be. Douglas did not show his hand on Sam Darnold’s future, the team’s search for coaching and other matters.
