The real housewives of New Jersey her husband was in a Pennsylvania courtroom on Wednesday, September 11th for a bail hearing.

While Joe was not physically in court, he appeared on a video. His very large family, including his mother, brother, aunts, uncles and cousins, all came to support him. Teresa "Arrived separately" from Joe's family, and "Kept for herself." RHONJ OG sat next to his lawyer and spoke neither to Joe's mother, Filomena Giudice, nor to his brother, Peter.

As for Joe, the witnesses say he lost about "80 pounds" and look "Maladif and sad."

Although the Giudice Family's alleged tragedy is a tasty AF, it has not been at the center of this audience.

Joe's lawyer argued that the 49-year-old should be released on bail by ICE pending a decision on his deportation case.

The lawyer added that since Joe has been in custody at ICE since March, he is eligible for release. In the last six months, Joe has called ICE Clinton Penitentiary in McElhattan, Pennsylvania at home.

However, the prosecutor said that Joe's previous convictions did not make him eligible for bail.

"Given his sentence, 41 months in prison and two years of probation, which led to his immigration detention, he poses a risk of flight and a danger to society", the prosecutor said. "He has many interactions with the police. He has a family here and there is reason to believe that he will not let himself be detained by ICE if he is deported. "

Joe's lawyer then pleaded for a probation release and promised that his client would cooperate with ICE.

"He just wants to be here with his wife, brother and family" he said. "The forces of order will monitor him and the media will follow each of his actions. I therefore do not agree that it is a risky flight.

The judge did not make a decision in court but stated that he would make a written decision later in the day.

Witnesses claim that Joe's mother, Filomena, cried throughout the hearing and had an emotional crisis towards the end.

"We just want it at home!" she screamed.

Meanwhile, Teresa visited her mother's grave the day before her husband's court appearance and posted a photo on Instagram.

Teresa has already announced that she would divorce Joe when he was deported to Italy.

"I hope this is not a decision to make," Teresa told the host Andy Cohen at the RHONJ meeting in February. "But as if I were looking for my children and going to another country, I did not think it would be good for my children. So I mean, no, I probably would not. "
