Former US Senate candidate John James sat down with “Outnumbered” and lambasted President Biden for comments he made comparing the new voting integrity laws to Jim Crow laws. James, from Detroit, torched the president for his comments.

JOHN JAMES: I think it’s rich for Joe Biden to talk about it when he was elected to the Senate in 1972 and advocated for the bus. Want to see the Jim Crow of the 21st century? Come to Detroit, come see where we use separation but equality. In Detroit, where taxes are racist south of the Eight Mile, homeowners are penalized for being one of the highest taxed areas in the country. Come see our schools where we are separate but equal. Come see where kids are being held back in their growth because of their zip code, and Democrats continue to not hold teacher unions accountable for their failure to prepare our children for the future. Come to Detroit, where south of the Eight Mile, young mothers are encouraged to stay single to get their well-being and the incentives and care they need. Come take a look at what Democrats across the country in urban areas have been up to.
If you want to see modern day Jim Crow go to Baltimore, Chicago, St. Louis, where they advocate for police funding that puts people like vulnerable – Democrats are going in their same old trope. They lay the blame, not the problem. The only thing I see here [that] is as old as the Civil War is the fact that Democrats continue to exploit black people for their own gain.
