John Legend, Bette Midler, Cher, and more celebrities roar after Democratic Convention Night 2

There were legends all over Night 2 of the 2020 Democratic National Convention, as Joe Biden was officially named the party’s presidential candidate; Jill, Biden’s wife, former President Bill Clinton and 2004 candidate John Kerry delivered speeches; and John Legend gave an exciting performance of “Never Break”.

Due to the pandemic, this year’s Convention is virtual. But that hasn’t stopped millions of Democrats from connecting and feeding their minds ahead of the 2020 election.

Thousands of people took to social media to share their thoughts on what turned out to be a pivotal night for Democrats, as Biden was chosen to take on President Donald Trump just months away from the general election.

Judging by the wave of comments on Twitter, the real winner tonight was Biden. Jill Biden.
