TMZ reports that the 38-year-old comedian filed documents in court this week to end his marriage to Anna marie.

The site reports that John apparently filed for divorce from Anna Marie in February, but the paperwork was just filed this week in New York.
The couple have been married since 2014, having met a few years earlier in Martha’s Vineyard.
In recent months, John had left rehab after checking in late last year. Meanwhile, Anna marie entered rehab herself around the same time.
Currently, John is linked to the actor Olivia munn, and the two have been seeing each other for a few months.
Recently, Olivier talked about outlets reporting their romance.
