Joker's first trailer reintroduces Batman's legendary rival

Prepare to greet the newest incarnation of Batman's most infamous enemy.

Warner Bros. just let go of our first look at the Joker, an original story reimagining how a normal man, named Arthur Fleck, descends into darkness to be reborn as an evil titular – this time played by Joaquin Phoenix and not by Jared Leto, who is Joker, a future at best confusing the DC universe with the arrival of this movie.

It's really, apart from a few images, our first tangible look at what Joker goes for … and even then, we still do not know much, like how the movie about the Wayne family will contribute to the fall of Arthur, although we have some brief glimpses, as well as a Very ephemeral look on Zazie The mysterious character of Beetz. But this trailer is more about setting a tone for Joker it's really about plotting – about how the city of Gotham, more and more degrading, is dragging a man into one of his most infamous villains.

We will probably go much further Joker soon, after all, the film will be released in theaters in just six months, on October 4.
