Jonas Brothers surprises a teenager who missed her concert because of a chemotherapy treatment

Before their concert in Hershey, Pennsylvania, the Jonas Brothers made a pit stop on Saturday to reward a special fan.

Lily Jordan, 16, had jokingly invited the group to visit her at Penn State Children's Hospital, where she is undergoing chemotherapy treatment for cancer.

"I was supposed to be at your Hershey concert tomorrow, but I'm pretty much in front of chemotherapy," Lily wrote with a selfie on Instagram. "If you all want to come, I'll give you the number of my room."

The Jonas Brothers are currently touring "Happiness Begins". Their next stop is Tuesday at PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh.
