Last night, Netflix interrupted the Emmys with another teaser for El Camino, the breaking Bad film, revealing Jesse Pinkman, looking nervous, listening to the radio just after the violent events of the series finale. We already knew that the film would focus mainly on Jesse, but apparently, there will be surprising appearances of his old man. breaking Bad friends. Jonathan Banks, who played Mike Ehrmantraut on the show, even said ET Canada that it will appear in El Caminosaying, "They're going to hit me in the head for saying that," but it's okay because "none of those guys are hitting very hard anyway."
Here's the problem: Walter White definitely killed Mike in the original series. This means that the only way it can appear in the movie is a ghost g-g-g-g-g (or in a flashback). If that is the case, breaking Bad characters could also appear – like, for example, Walter White himself. IndieWire reports that an alleged distribution list that would have been leaked earlier this year and that mentioned other dead characters, like Jane, of Krysten Ritter, could therefore give rise to a number of spooky events (Except if they appear in flashbacks, which would be a little less fun).
El Camino will hit Netflix on October 11th.
