Jonathan Davis of Korn tests positive for Covid 19; Five other shows postponed, two dates canceled

CORN shared the news of the postponement in a statement posted on social media. The band wrote: “We really appreciate your patience as we prepare the next steps on our tour.

“On Saturday we received the sad news that Jonathan tested positive for Covid, and needless to say we had to postpone the show at the last minute. Following his positive test, we also need to reschedule the next handful of shows.

“As always, our main goal is to ensure the safety of everyone involved, so this is something that needs to be done. Jonathanmorale is good and he is resting and recovering now.

“We’re as disappointed as you are with the circumstances, but we’ll be fine anyway, and we can’t wait to see you once back, pulling all cylinders again.

“We thank you all for your love and support!”

The following shows will be rescheduled:

August 14 – Scranton, PA moves to September 25

August 17 – Wantagh, NY moves to September 28

August 18 – Holmdel, NJ moves to September 26

August 20 – Hartford, Connecticut, moves to October 2

August 21 – Mansfield, MA moves to October 1

August 22 – Gilford, NH moves to October 3

The following dates are canceled due to scheduling conflicts:

August 24 – Darien Center, NY *

August 25 – Syracuse, NY *
