Although the Primetime Emmy Awards do not take place until September 22nd, the Creative Arts Emmy Awards – the least known forerunner – took place on Saturday. This two-day event honors outstanding artistic and technical achievements in a variety of TV shows, but is not considered friendly enough for a live telecast. That did not stop Kim Kardashian West, as well as a host of well-known and much-loved screen stars, making memorable appearances on the red carpet.
