The Hawkeyes say Bohannon, who was injured in early 2018-2019, was scheduled for surgery Wednesday in Iowa City.

Bohannon was ranked third in the team with 11.6 points per game as a junior last season and he led the Big Ten in free throw percentage.

Iowa said Bohannon was able to handle his injury last season and he hoped that rest and rehabilitation would heal her. But Bohannon has finally decided to undergo surgery and, according to Iowa, he will reevaluate Bohannon throughout the summer and fall.
