Josh Homme of Queens of Stone Age is facing domestic violence restraining order requests on behalf of his children, TMZ reports and Pitchfork can confirm. Brody Dalle, the ex-wife of Man who runs The Distillers, has filed for restraining orders in court on behalf of their 5 and 10-year-old sons. The documents allege physically abusive behavior, verbally abusive behavior and drunk driving. In the documents, they ask for 100 meters of separation between Man and themselves, as well as the family dog.

Court hearings on the restraining order applications are currently scheduled for Monday, September 13, according to documents seen by Pitchfork.

“Ms. Dalle has already taken these claims to the police, [Department of Child and Family Services], and the president of the family court, all of whom refused to take action on the basis of these spurious allegations, ”Male lawyer Susan Wiesner said in a statement to TMZ.

In an additional statement shared with Pitchfork, Wiesner said: “The allegations made by Ms. Dalle against Mr. Homme are categorically false. In order to protect children, we will not make any further statements. “

Josh Homme and Brody Dalle divorced in 2019; they have each filed restraining orders against each other in the past. Pitchfork has contacted the legal representatives of Homme et Dalle for comment.
