A judge has dismissed the lawsuit of a woman who accused Marilyn Manson of raping her and threatening to kill her, confirm TMZ reports and documents viewed by Pitchfork. The judge argued that the allegations described in the trial “are not sufficient to invoke the rule of delayed discovery”. The woman, who said she started dating Manson in 2011 and is only identified as Jane Doe, has 20 days to amend the lawsuit with additional details.

Manson actively faces three more lawsuits. A former aide sued Manson for sexual assault, bodily harm and harassment in May. In April, actress Esmé Bianco sued Manson for sexual assault and sexual violence. In June, he was sued by model Ashley Morgan Smithline for sexual assault, sexual violence, intentional infliction of emotional distress and unlawful imprisonment. He was also named a suspected abuser by actress Evan Rachel Wood earlier this year.

This month, Manson pleaded not guilty in New Hampshire to two counts of the misdemeanor of Class A assault, resulting from an incident during his August 18, 2019 concert at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion. Manson recently made a notable appearance at the Third Annual Kanye West Donda event at Soldier Field in Chicago.
