Judgment is coming to PS5, Xbox Series and Stadia on April 23

Sega publisher and developer Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio to release Judgment for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and Stadia on April 23 for $ 39.99 / 1,980 yen, the companies said.

Judgment First launched on PlayStation 4 in December 2018 in Japan and in June 2019 worldwide.

The re-release for current platforms will feature a 60 fps frame rate, improved load times, and all previously released DLC.

Judgment takes advantage of new material with refined 60fps visuals along with improved load times and includes all of the DLC previously released on these three platforms.

Recognized as “the best detective drama not shown on television” by the Hollywood Reporter, Judgment was originally released on PlayStation 4 in 2019. The Remastered Judgment marks the debut of this story on Xbox and Stadia.

Judgment is an action thriller that puts players in the shoes of disgraced lawyer-turned-tough private investigator Takayuki Yagami as he uncovers the mystery behind a grisly series of murders. Joined by his partner, ex-yazuka Masaharu Kaito, Yagami must make his way through Kamurocho’s criminal underground to unravel the truth – painful as it may be.

In addition to regional settings, Judgment takes the classic characteristics of the Yakuza series through Yagami’s eyes. Fans will recognize tough street fights, addicting side missions with locals, and comedic breaks with mini-games. Judgment Increases the focus with an emphasis on investigative gameplay, hunting down suspects and uncovering clues as Yagami walks the thin line of justice in a world of corruption. Packed with a gripping story, cinematic combat and an intense character cast, Judgment will keep all aspiring private detectives on their toes.
