On Friday, Castellanos scored his 15th home lap in his 40th match since his exchange with the Cubs of Detroit Tigers. According to the Sports Bureau Elias, the 15 home homerunes equalize the greatest number of circuits of a club during its first 40 games with the Cubs of the modern era.
Nicholas Castellanos has 15 home runs in 40 games with @Cubs. This links the highest number of home runs scored by a player in his first 40 games with modern-day Cubs (since 1900); Hank Sauer had 15 after the Reds moved him to Chicago in the 1949 season. #Everybody

Since being traded to the Cubs, Castellanos has not only hit 15 homers, but has 30 RBIs while posting an OPS of * 1.007. (* before the match on Friday)
It seems that Nicholas is more than comfortable in his new home.
