Apple started accepting pre-orders for the iPhone 13 series on Friday, September 17. Now, just two days later, some of the pre-ordered handsets have already shipped. 9to5Mac editor-in-chief Chance Miller shared a picture of the status of his order on Twitter showing that his order is “on the way”. Before you get too excited you really shouldn’t be raising your expectations and for the sake of your own sanity, assume that the ship date on your order is the ship date for your new iPhone.
Pre-orders for the The granite iPhone 13 Pro Max with 256GB of storage is expected to ship October 19-26 and that hasn’t changed one way or the other since mid-Friday (EDST). The The iPhone 13 in pink with 512 GB of storage had a delivery date of September 24 through Friday night. Sunday afternoon, this date was postponed from October 5 to 7.

Now, if you check the status of your order on the Apple Store website or through the app, it will tell you that your order is “getting ready to ship”. But the UPS website will give you a more accurate way to track your order.
To track your order via UPS, subscribe to UPS My choice or use your reference number to track the shipment. The reference number is either the phone number associated with your order or the order number minus the last two digits. Not all orders have arrived at this point yet, so if your order is not listed you should keep trying throughout the week.
This year, the most colorful iPhone 13 models are available in Pink, Blue, Midnight, Starlight, and (PRODUCT) RED. The storage options are 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB. For iPhone 13 Pro models, the color choices are Sierra Blue, Silver, Gold, and Graphite. Buyers can choose from 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB storage options. This is the first year that 1TB of storage is a choice that “Pro” iPhone buyers can choose from.
