Trump’s pardon, announced last week, appears to erase Flynn of the crimes he admitted and any possible future prosecutions that may be related to the FBI’s investigation of him, his cooperation during the ‘Mueller investigation and its revelations into secret lobbying for Turkey in 2016, the Justice Department said in a case filed with Judge Emmet Sullivan.

Grace also seems to excuse Flynn from telling federal court under oath that he is guilty of his crimes and later pretending he is innocent.

How Michael Flynn Perfectly Explains Donald Trump's Presidency

Pardon exempts Flynn from “any future charge of perjury or contempt in connection with General Flynn’s affidavits and any other possible future charges that this Court or the court-appointed amicus has suggested might in any way or another to keep this criminal case alive despite the government’s objection, “wrote the Department of Justice.
