Kamala Harris is being criticized for her performance this week on a YouTube special aimed at selling children the glories of science and the wonders of space.
“I love the idea of exploring the unknown,” Harris told a group of five tweens dramatically in “Get Curious with Vice President Harris,” a video made to celebrate World Space Week which debuted on Thursday.
But Harris, who was appointed chairman of the cabinet-level National Space Council in May, has struggled to explain the value of space exploration.
